Chad founded Proof after a career spent behind St. Louis’ and Denver’s best bars. He’s a Certified Sommelier, Certified Sherry Wine Specialist and a graduate of the prestigious B.A.R. 5-Day program, and spent years on the team at Williams & Graham — named Best American Cocktail Bar at Tales of the Cocktail and one of Drinks International’s Top 50 Bars in the World. Also a Food & Wine Magazine “Top Mixologist,” he’s a 10+ year executive board member of EatDenver and the Colorado Bartenders Guild. St. Louis raised, Denver based since 2012.
